Courteney Cox - Martial Arts

Courteney Cox is an American actress and former fashion model, best known for her role as Monica Bing in the long-running television series Friends. She now plays Lucy Spiller, an executive editor of a tabloid magazine, on the popular drama Dirt on FX Networks.

Courteney trains in Budokon, a fusion of yoga, martial arts and meditation. (website here: http://www.budokon.com/ )

She is also trained in traditional karate as well, but I don't know what style.
