"Female boxer honored: Tijuana boxer Jackie “Aztec Princess” Nava was given a fighter of the year award by the Commission for Boxing, Wrestling, Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts in Tijuana. Nava's victory against Donna Biggers in Las Vegas in September gave her the World Boxing Council's female superbantamweight title. Nava has a 16-2-2 record. A March rematch in Cordoba, Argentina, against Argentinian Alejandra Olivera ended in a tie. Olivera, 10-0-2, defeated Nava in Tijuana in 2006."
